5/3/08: “A Slip of Wormwood” crawls back up the Bestseller list to hold the #15 slot for Suspense/Thriller short stories on Fictionwise!

4/23/08: Heather will be attending the Spring Writers’ Conference for Youth on May 12th in the morning: see the Blog.

4/6/08: “Accused” to appear in the Things that Go Bump in the Night anthology — coming June 2008 — from Drollerie Press!

When Mr. Frog, as he liked to refer to himself (it was a nickname gone well past the limits of childhood), strode down the main walk of town with a wide grin on his face, people wondered. Today, however, his creased and crinkled features were turned up in his version of a chipper attitude (but was really a slimy, creeping kind of smile).

Current projects include “Surfacing Memory (formerly “Shadows on the Snow”), “Dream-Teller” and “Dream-Light” (another couple stories in the Dream-Drinker sequence), and a YA work-in-progress tentatively known as “Hattie Locke”
